New naming convention: XenApp Plugin for Hosted Apps v11 (i.e. client)

The following table provides an easy guide to the new client software names introduced in the latest release of the Access Gateway and Citrix XenApp 5.0.
This is based on the naming convention for v11 of the XenApp Plugin (new name for the client).
